Rudy and Sadie are personal hunters, companions and house dogs.  Rudy is an AKC Champion, Senior Hunter and NAVHDA UT Dog.  Sadie has been successfully tested in NAVHDA NA and helped to earn her breeder the Breeder’s Award through NAVHDA. 

Pictures attached were taken 1/26/08 – it was great to see these 2 work together like they’ve been doing for years – what a nice pair!!

THEY'RE HERE!!!!!

Pups were born July 3rd, and  here are 10 of these little cuties; 6 girls and 4 boys!!!

We expect good things for his cross; outstanding field dogs with enough style to be at home in the ring too. Raider is the son of CH Shooter's Valentino SH (Rudy) NAVHDA UT Prize II who was bred to Risk last year. The pups from that litter are turning out very nice, the two pups the breeder kept have both completed their Junior Hunter titles and Duncan earned a NAVHDA Prize 1 (112 points) during his Natural Ability Test this spring (WAY TO GO!).

The pups should be well built, have excellent temperaments and outstanding field instincts. Both parents are OFA excellent for hips; elbows, cardiac and thyroid normal; and Risk is CERF normal and CD clear. Raider is show pointed and is training for Utility (running in Sept.). He is very intense and stylish on point and has an exception nose; not to mention his desire to be your best buddy.

PIPER'S PUPS ARE HERE!!!!!

Piper delivered 4 boys and 3 girls on July 16th and all are doing great. Piper is owned and loved by Mike and Stacy Wilson of Clarkston, MI. She is a black and white, beautiful Shorthair with loads of personaity and enjoying her 1st go at Motherhood. Piper was bred to Rudy for his exceptional hunting abilities mixed with his strong desire to please. The pups are just georgous and should turn out to be wonderful companions and hunters. This breeding should occur this summer (so long as Mother Nature cooperates) and we expect this to be an exceptional breeding. Both Jaz and Rudy are house companions and will do their best to please. When we asked Jaz’s owners to tell us something about her, it was as if they were talking about Rudy. “Loves to have fun, is very gentle, a definite couch potato and is very good at making us laugh”…….yes, this should be a very nice breeding!

Rudy’s hunting abilities are something to be seen. He’s very dependable and loves his job and yes, we’ll be happy to let you see for yourself how he handles his birds and works a field.

Jazman is just beginning her hunting career. Christy (Jaz’s owner) has decided this is something she’d like to get involved in so off to the field for them. Jaz will be entered in some upcoming AKC tests so between that, showing and having puppies, it will be a busy summer for Jaz and her family.

We bred our Clover (Reba’s Mom) to Josh in 2007 and are very pleased with what these 2 produced; great personalities, strong hunting instincts and well put together dogs.   Now that it’s time to start thinking about who we want to breed Reba to, the answer seemed obvious….Josh. 

Reba ran in NAVHDA NA and was one of 4 required pups to pass that earned us our 6th Breeder’s Award.  This particular litter not only received the Award but all 4 pups passed with a Prize 1.  

We will be running Reba in Utility this August but she has already shown us that she has what it takes as our personal hunting dog. 

Josh lives in NY with Crystal’s Kennels.  He has proven himself time and time again as an excellent producer and as a true hunting companion.  He has personality plus and based on our previous litter that he sired, we believe this will be another exceptional group of pups!
